Getting the best from teachers is not a straightforward and simple matter. It is not only a concern of providing monetary rewards to shine, or improving conditions of service, or paying them enough, or boosting the job’s rank. Naturally, many of these issues will certainly help but, on their own, they’re inferior. Obtaining the finest and utmost effective teachers is something over which governments do not have much direct control. It occurs much closer to home. If it is to happen whatsoever, obtaining the finest out of teachers may occur in the schools and the colleges where they work. Leading by example, it will be achieved by senior teachers first, and people in management positions , motivating teachers to provide their best .
